One family-run team

Design, fabrication, technology, and logistics — integrated into one operating model out of our Orlando facility, serving the US, Canada, and Europe.

THE BLINK TOUCH

Why CLIENTS COME BACK

Trade-show clients have options. They stay with Blink because of what most exhibit houses skip: the unprompted detail. The corner radius that matches the brand mark. The graphic seam aligned with the hero feature.

The lighting temperature that flatters the product, not the booth. We obsess over the moments that nobody puts in a brief — because those are the moments your team will be asked about on Monday. Client retention isn’t a strategy here. It’s a byproduct of doing the small things right.

One operating model — connected end to end

Each project moves through an integrated model that connects design, engineering, production, technology, logistics, and installation. One team owns the project from kickoff to teardown — no subcontractor coordination, no third-party AV markup, no knowledge gap between the team that designed it and the team that ships it.

Integrated Model

Design, fabrication, technology, logistics, and installation — handled in-house by the same team. No outsourcing, no markups.

In-house Tech

Our own LED tiles, video walls, touchscreens, professional audio, and interactive systems — owned, not rented. Designed, deployed, and supported by our team.

Bematrix at Scale

One of the largest Bematrix modular inventories in the Americas. One investment, reconfigured across many shows — preserving brand quality while cutting per-event cost.

Leadership Lead

The directive team is on every project — name on the line, decisions made fast, accountability that doesn't dilute through layers of account managers.

Inside our Orlando facility.

When a client asks where their booth is being built, we send them a photo from the floor. When a client wants to walk through their exhibit pre-show, they fly into Orlando.

Our 30.000 sqf facility is a playgroundfor physical marketing. We’ve invested in the machinery and the talent to handle everything under one roof.

Built to be reused — not thrown away

Sustainability is part of how we operate, not a bolt-on. Reusable Bematrix frames, recyclable graphics substrates, LED lighting with long service life, and a modular system that reduces freight weight and waste compared to wood-built custom rebuilds.

Frequently asked questions

1. Where is Blink located?

Our headquarters and main production facility are in Orlando, Florida. We design, fabricate, store, and ship from a single facility — and our crews travel to every show we serve across the US, Canada, and Europe.

Blink is family-owned and privately held. The directive team — the family that owns the company — is involved in every project: design review, budget sign-off, account oversight, and on-site presence at flagship shows.

Blink has 25+ years of experience designing and producing trade show exhibits, with more than 2,000 projects delivered across 16 countries.

We build from 10×10 inline booths to 100×100+ flagship islands. Most of our work falls in the 20×20 to 50×50 island range, but no booth size is too small or too large for the operation.

The United States, Canada, and Europe. We’ve delivered booths in 16 countries across those regions. International freight, customs, carnet processing, and on-site labor are all coordinated by our team.

All three. We design (creative direction, 3D renderings, brand strategy), fabricate (wood shop, metal shop, paint booth, graphics production), and operate (technology integration, logistics, I&D, storage) — all in-house.

Yes. We’re growing aggressively in the US and continuously hiring across creative, fabrication, AV, and operations. See open roles or send us your portfolio.

Automotive, agriculture and poultry, technology, pet and animal care, construction, healthcare and life sciences, tourism and hospitality, and others. Our approach isn’t to specialize narrowly — it’s to bring a consistent in-house operating model to every category we serve.

Talk to the team that builds it. Not the team that sells it.

Tell us about your next show, your booth size, and your goals — and we’ll connect you with the people who’ll actually run your project.
