Frequently asked questions

1. What is trade show drayage?

Drayage is the service of moving your exhibit from the loading dock or advance warehouse to your booth space inside the convention center, and back out at the end of the show. Billed by the show’s general contractor at hundredweight rates — one of the most common surprise costs on trade show invoices. We forecast it in your logistics plan so it isn’t a surprise.

Yes. We manage freight, customs documentation, carnet processing, and on-site labor for international shows across Canada, Mexico, and Europe. For shows outside our direct service zone, we coordinate with vetted partner agents.

Domestic shows: 6–8 weeks before the advance warehouse deadline. International shows: 10–12 weeks before show open. Rush logistics are possible but limit options and increase cost.

Hand off the logistics. Keep the bandwidth.
